AgreedSite Manager / Construction Manager (m/f/d)

To support our team, we are seeking a Construction Manager (m/f/d) for a full-time position at our locations in Mühlenbeck (near Berlin) and Mannheim, to start at the earliest possible date.
Duties / Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Review and alignment of technical and commercial conditions between purchase order and quotation
- Site preparation (checklists, resource planning, coordination of required qualifications such as EUP certification, manufacturer-specific installation qualifications, preparation of required site documentation)
- Technical supervision and leadership of project staff assigned to the site
- Requesting, appointing, and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers where required
- Overall project management and monitoring with regard to schedule, costs, productivity, occupational safety, and quality
- Independent preparation of all required site correspondence (e.g., delay notifications, additional cost claims, variation orders, daily and weekly reports, etc.)
- Preparation of site documentation and maintenance of the project file
- Preparation of measurements and support of invoicing processes
- Participation in site meetings and active customer relationship management
- Conducting HSE briefings and site inspections
Occupational Health & Safety
- Supplementing, adjusting, and reviewing the effectiveness of risk assessments for the respective construction project, if necessary in coordination with the Occupational Safety Specialist and QHSE Manager
- Instructing and briefing personnel in accordance with the applicable risk assessment
Support in Tendering / Proposal Preparation (if required)
- Review customer requirements including technical specifications and forward to relevant internal departments where necessary
- Clarification of technical matters with the customer
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from external suppliers via the procurement department
- Support the proposal team as required
- Successfully completed technical vocational training (preferred)
- Professional experience in the construction industry (desirable)
- Experience in personnel management (desirable)
- Knowledge of relevant technical standards and accident prevention regulations
- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset
- Proactive working style with strong customer and results orientation
- Good German and English language skills (preferably B1/B2 level)
- Good MS Office skills
- Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory), Class C1 preferred
- Willingness to travel nationwide
