AgreedProject Manager (m/f/d)

To support our team, we are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for a full-time position at our locations in MĂĽhlenbeck (near Berlin) and Mannheim, to start at the earliest possible date.
Duties / Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Organization, management and execution of complex projects
- Alignment of technical and commercial conditions between order and quotation
- Site preparation (checklists, resource requirements planning, coordination of requiredqualifications, e.g. electrically instructed person (EIP), manufacturer-specific installationqualifications, preparation of required site documentation)
- Technical supervision and leadership of project-assigned personnel
- If required, inquiry, commissioning and coordination of subcontractors/suppliers
- Project execution and monitoring with regard to schedule, costs, productivity, occupational safetyand quality
- Independent preparation of required site correspondence (notifications of construction delays, claims for additional costs, variation orders, daily and weekly reports, etc.)
- Preparation of site documentation and maintenance of project files
- Preparation of quantity surveys and support of invoice preparation
- Participation in on-site meetings and customer relationship management
- HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) briefings and inspections on construction sites
Occupational Safety Measures
- Supplementation, adjustment and effectiveness review of risk assessments for the respectiveconstruction project, if necessary in coordination with the occupational safety specialist and the QHSE Manager
- Instruction and training of personnel in accordance with the applicable risk assessment
Support of Proposal Preparation (if required)
- Evaluation of customer requirements including technical specifications and, if necessary, forwarding to the relevant internal departments
- Technical clarification with the customer
- Obtaining and evaluating quotations from external suppliers via the procurement/dispatchdepartment
- Support of the proposal team as required
Accountabilities
- Assumed employer obligations on construction sites
- Preferably successfully completed degree in engineering
- Professional experience in the construction industry desirable
- Experience in personnel management desirable
- Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and accident prevention regulations
- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset
- Proactive working style with strong customer and results orientation
- German language skills (C1) and English language skills (at least B2)
- Good MS Office skills
- Class B driving license mandatory
- Willingness to travel nationwide
