New business segment is developed. The employees of Wassermann Kabeltechnik pull high voltage cables between the bulkheads and the decks of the offshore platform HelWin alpha.
Upon completion, the platform Helwin alpha is anchored in the North Sea from where electricity, produced by wind energy, is delivered via undersea cables to the landfall facilities in Büsum.
